Trivandrum district alone has more than 2000 disabled children. They are suffering for their existence countless amount of children are only entitled to their mother’s care or relatives support, Most of the children had never been even able to have a glimpse of their father. Here commonly occurring problem we encounter is that when a mother gives birth to a disabled child, father abounds the family and seeks a new wife. Therefore they are forced to stay at their grandparents or relatives how without proper food, medicine or treatment. There disable children are not get sufficient support from the government. Few mothers came forward to form a unit particularly for the prosperity of their children. We discussed with almost all mothers and we planned to register a charitable trust named “Sneha Sandram”

Seeking all our activities and listening our future Agenda a kind minded person came forward and donated 20 cents land near Vilapilsala for our Rehabilitation Centre (Sneha Sandram charitable Trust) agreement is ready and the land was handed over to our Trust . Our Former chief secretary Dr.K.Jayakumar IAS called a meeting with trust executives regarding the progress of the trust. We explained our future plans of our Trust and construction of a new building for Rehabilitation Centre.

Sneha Sandram Charitable Trust is a non profitable organization registered under Charitable Societies Act of Kerala. This organization exclusively operated by mothers of disabled children. Our agenda is to build a rehabilitation centre for the needy children. A kind minded person donated 20 cents land for our centre. We need your support and help for the upcoming unit. More over this coming December 29th we decided to celebrate Christmas and New Year celebration at SNV School Thampanoor. Also we decided to distribute 200 nos food kit, Wheel Chair, New dress, toys and medicine. We decided to start the programe morning 10 am to 2 pm with breakfast and lunch for 600 participants. Once again we request your support and help for these poor children.
